All items are checked and tested before being shipped to you. However, sometimes problems can occur which is why we have a very simple and transparent procedure for returns.

If you suspect a product to be faulty, please call or email us before you send anything back and we will try to diagnose the issue. Sometimes a suspected issue can be something very simple and quickly resolved.

If you have received a faulty product and require a repair or replacement, please send it back with a note detailing the following:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your address
  • Date of the return
  • Reason for return

All items that are returned will be carefully inspected and dealt with appropriately.
